About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager you will take on many responsibilities, including effectively recruiting and managing employees, overseeing operations, handling customer complaints, generating financial reports, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, and managing inventory.
21 years or older.
At least 2-4 years of management experience.
Able to pass a drug screening.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to work morning or afternoon shifts.
Willing to work weekends and holiday weekends. Excluding Christmas Day & the evening of Thanksgiving.
Must have TABC & Food Handlers licensing and be willing to take the courses for management.
Agree to following dress code, break, and cell phone policies.
Able to work well with others as a team.
Able to lift 25lbs.
Able to be on your feet for an 8 - 10 hour shifts.
