About the Role
As our Assistant Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Manager with their duties of making sure that everything runs smoothly at our restaurant. You will be responsible for training and managing employees as well as helping our customers with any problems or complaints.
21 years or older.
At least 1 - 2 years of assistant management experience.
Able to pass a drug screening.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to work morning or afternoon shifts.
Willing to work weekends and holiday weekends. Excluding Christmas Day & the evening of Thanksgiving.
Must have TABC & Food Handlers licensing and be willing to take the courses for management.
Agree to following dress code, break, and cell phone policies.
Able to work well with others as a team.
Able to lift 25lbs.
Able to be on your feet for an 8 - 10 hour shifts.
